Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement:
Luxe Charters is available for hire 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for Bank & Public holidays are subject to availability and special negotiated rates will apply.
Booking Deposit & Balance Payable: A 25% deposit will be charged at the time of booking. Your reservation is regarded as confirmed once deposit has been received and we will send you full confirmation of your hire. We request you to check the details of the hire carefully and notify us immediately of any errors. If paying by cheque, all cheques must be received & cleared within 10 days of the booking.
Pricing: Executive Sedan is $88 per hour base to base. Luxury sedan is $150 per hour base to base. People mover is $110 per hour base to
base. Luxury People Mover is $150 per hour base to base. Mini-bus is $120 per hour base to base. A minimum of 1 hour is charged per
booking. Time exceeding 1 hour will be calculated on 15 minute increments. Base to base is the complete journey which includes the time the vehicle leaves our base in Perth (Perth Convention Centre), and once the drop off is complete to then return back to our base.
Prices include Goods and Services Tax. Prices are set in Australian Dollars.
Payment Methods Available: Luxe Charter accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express (4% surcharge), Diners Club, EFT, Cheques and Money Order.
Cancellations: In the unfortunate event that the client/passenger may have to cancel their confirmed booking, the following terms will apply:
All deposits are non refundable. The total confirmed fee will be charged if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked date. Cancellation must be made in writing (fax, email or letter).
Reservation Modifications: Modifications regarding transport times, routes or dates must be done 48hrs in advance. Where possible, we will accommodate your requirements; however, a guarantee cannot be made. The client has the right to cancel reservation subject to our cancellation policy.
No Show Fee: If a client/passenger fails to arrive at the designated location and/or has not informed Luxe Charters of any change of plan then the full amount will be charged plus wait time where applicable.
Customer Safety: In the art of client/passenger safety, our chauffeur’s will drive at safe and sensible speeds as in accordance with legal speed
limits, traffic and current road conditions. The chauffeur reserves the right to deny access to a venue that they feel may put the passengers and vehicle in an unsafe situation.
Conduct: Each vehicle is licensed to seat a maximum amount of passengers and under no circumstance will we allow this limit to be exceeded. Clients acting in an antisocial manner, causing unwarranted distraction to the driver or generally causing concerns regarding safety or considered intoxicated will be asked to leave the vehicle and seek alternative transport to their destination. Seat belts must be worn at
all times. This is the responsibility of each passenger and any fine incurred will be paid by the offending passenger. In the interest of Public Health and Safety, we maintain a non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles; however, additional time can be added to the journey at the time of booking to allow the chauffeur to make additional stops allocated for smoking breaks. Food is not permitted in the vehicle unless an agreement has been made at the time of booking. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the offending passenger. The client accepts responsibility for any damage or soiling caused to the interior and or exterior of the vehicle whilst on hire to them, and or during the journey. As such the client will be invoiced accordingly for any repair required to re-instate a vehicle to working order. In the art of client/passenger safety, it is compulsory by law that all passengers wear seat belts at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Clients/Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and/or exterior of a Luxe Charters vehicle whilst on hire to them and/or during the journey. Such clients will be invoiced accordingly for any repair or valeting required to reinstate a vehicle to working order.
Overtime/Waiting Time: Within reason and where possible, the vehicle will be made available to you for as long as possible after the specified period of your reservation. Our driver will not continue an overtime service if it risks delaying any subsequent service that has been previously booked.
Liability: Please be assured that Luxe Charters will take every reasonable safeguard to achieve an on time service; however, we take no responsibility in unexpected or unavoidable delays such as but not limited to peak hour traffic, road works/closures, bad weather, delayed flights, vehicle breakdown and traffic accidents. We shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused as a result of the following: strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or the threat of war, terrorism, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with airlines or ferry operators, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control. Should a vehicle breakdown or mishap rendering the reserved vehicle out of commission, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle/vehicles. Should we be unable to provide an alternate vehicle, a pro-rata refund will be made. Although every endeavour will be made to ensure the safe keeping of personal property, we cannot accept liability for the loss or damage of individual items. The client accepts full responsibility for any damage caused to the vehicle by a member of the travelling party.
Luggage Information: Additional Luggage Transfer will be a further cost to the client; price on application at the time of booking.
Parking: Airport pick-up from the Domestic and International incur a fee of $3.30 for parking. All parking charges other than Perth Airport will be at cost.
Extra: A fee of $4 will be charged if the driver hires a trolley on behalf of the client, from the International and Domestic Airport.
Corporate Client Accounts: All Corporate Accounts must be settled within 7 days upon receipt of the invoice, except upon prior

Chauffeur Attire: Luxe Charters Chauffeurs will be dressed in formal business attire. If you require the chauffeur to wear a formal Chauffeur uniform to perform the services, please discuss this when booking.
Tours: Please note: Persons purchasing any goods outside of Tour entitlements, such as wine, food, art, etc, is responsible for paying such goods.
Weddings: These general terms and conditions apply to all wedding bookings plus the additional terms and conditions as listed below:
Payment: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost will be required on the day of booking. The balance payable will be required
no later than 1 month prior to the wedding date. Overtime Rates: If the wedding exceeds the finish time as agreed at the time of booking,
overtime rates will apply and will be charged accordingly. Please note: Overtime will be at the discretion of the chauffeur ensuring this does not conflict with prior booked commitments.
Insurance: We are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and NOT independent travel insurance. This covers all the passengers in the vehicle while it is in operation.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions: Luxe Charters reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. All clients shall be informed prior to any changes being implemented or at the time of inquiry/booking.
PLEASE NOTE: By proceeding with the booking you accept all the terms and conditions and are responsible for all passengers abiding by these
terms & conditions. Failure to abide by these terms & conditions will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.
